BIO: A former barrister during the Cold War, mutant Harry Pizer's elastic skin caught the unwanted attention of Weapon Plus. He became Weapon III, imbued with enhanced elasticity in addition to superhuman strength. The program double-crossed Pizer on his very first mission, sending Fantomex to shoot him and steal his special skin. Bent on revenge, the now Flay Man taught his muscles to achieve the same functions his skin once did. The result: a deadly, ghastly foe with a serious vendetta.
